Corporate

Leadership visibility that moves the whole organisation.

Executive visibility, leader-brand strategy, and keynote programmes for teams and organisations ready to be seen, heard, and trusted at scale.

Bob Gentle

Who this is for

Built for organisations, not individuals.

Your organisation's visibility depends on more than one person. I work with leadership teams and boards to build a structured approach to executive visibility - one that survives leadership changes, holds up under board scrutiny, and creates a genuine commercial return.

Whether you need a single keynote to open a conference, an advisory board to sharpen your marketing strategy, or a cohort programme to build visibility skills across a whole leadership team, the work is scoped to your organisation, not delivered off a shelf.

The Outcomes

What changes across the organisation.

Executive
Visibility

Position your leadership team as credible, visible voices in your industry, not just names on an org chart.

Team
Authority

Build a bench of recognised voices across the business, so authority does not rest on one person alone.

Culture &
Retention

A visible, well-led culture is a retention strategy. Your people stay where leadership feels worth following.

Relationship
Selling

Personal visibility, paired with greater authority and strategic relationship building, is what actually drives sales.

Advisory Board Centre
Certified ChairAccredited practitioner

Building boards that build brands.

As a certified advisory board chair, I help organisations establish the kind of boards most businesses never think to create, focused not on governance, but on marketing momentum, thought leadership, and culture.

I'm also frequently invited to sit on advisory boards myself, typically for organisations in the expert, education, and personal brand space.

Marketing Advisory Boards

Structured panels of external experts helping companies sharpen their market positioning, channels, and brand strategy.

Thought Leadership Boards

Curated advisory bodies supporting executives and organisations in building credible, consistent public authority.

Culture Advisory Boards

Expert panels helping leadership teams build cultures that attract talent, retain clients, and reflect values.

A structured programme scoped to your organisation, with clear milestones your team can report on internally.

Questions

Before you raise this internally.

What is the typical budget range for a corporate engagement?+

It depends heavily on scope, from a single keynote through to a multi-month executive cohort. The scoping call establishes a range before anything is proposed in writing.

How long does a typical engagement take to set up?+

A single keynote or workshop can usually be scheduled within four to six weeks. A full advisory board or cohort programme typically needs eight to twelve weeks to scope and launch properly.

Do you offer a standard programme, or is everything custom?+

Programmes are built around your organisation's outcome, not delivered off a shelf. That said, most engagements draw on the same core frameworks, so nothing starts from a blank page.

Can you invoice our organisation directly, and do you work with procurement?+

Yes. I regularly work with procurement teams and can invoice the organisation directly, with the documentation most finance teams need to process it.
